I’m sitting out front of the new house right now… waiting for everyone to get here for the inspection. Keep your fingers crossed for us. We really love and are excited about this house and if something comes up in the inspection, i think we’d be pretty bummed out.

The offer we put in was declined and they sent us a counter-offer. We looked it over and it was still a pretty good deal. We decided to accept it and gave a verbal agreement yesterday and we will be signing a lot of the paperwork tomorrow! So… pending [...]
