don’t you want to move in to this house?
we are ready to put it on the market…a few minor things to fix…a broken screen door, touch up paint on a couple ceilings, but nothing that can’t be hidden in pictures or finished by a first showing (i plan on accomplishing some of those things after i post this…). i emailed our realtor and asked if she needed to take pictures or if i just could, but the day is sooo pretty i just took them anyways.
i feel like i’ve been to and done enough interior photo shoots at work to compose an image highlighting what needs to be highlighted. i don’t mean to toot my own horn or anything…it was just a fun excuse to take pictures of our house and tweak and move things here and there to get the full effect. only i know what junk is hiding behind certain chairs or shelves for the temporary shot!! (quiz: if any of you can guess which shot ava is in…i’ll give you a…congratulatory high five!)
the only one i didn’t take was of the front of the house…well, i took one, to use as a guide of what i need to fix up and weed, etc. ava wanted to be a part of that too, since we were on her bathroom break (gracie was sleeping who knows where).
taking the dogs outside to go the bathroom with new seed in the back is paying off!
i probably will cut in a little closer to not see the gutter and cars and less of the garage (and move to the left to get less of the tree in the way) for the real picture, but ava was keeping watch (she was tied to the tree), so i zoomed out to see her. she looks little!
WOW you guys!! The house looks AMAZING!! You sold me with the large master bedroom and the spacious guest room!!! It looks INCREDIBLE!!!! Very nice work! I’d love to see more pictures of the sun porch….cute having the table in there.
And Ava is totally in the first shot. An ear on the floor in front of the green chair, right?? Or is that her butt in the master bedroom??
Josh keeps saying that you guys should do REALLY well on the house…it looks great!!
